There was less work pressure in shared concierge team and manager was supportive sometimes.

Dislikes

Aspire lifestyle is one of the biggest example of mis management. I have seen people who are not deserving the postion of Team leader but are promoted just because the director and team leader are having same belief. In hindi we call it as Sindhi Sindhi Bhai Bhai. Team leaders are to support the team members but I haven't seen any support from team leader. The whole team have a negative mindset for him and many verbal and written complaints were given against him. But no action was taken just because of the company's directors support. There are so many deserving people who can be better team leader then shares team TL. But just because of sindhi Sindhi Bhai Bhai propoganda they are ignored. Even if you set an enquiry on this feedback director will still support him by saying that he gets the work done. But he doesn't care how the team leader gives mental discomfort and lack of support to the employees. You people can take the feedback of each and every employee working in shared team. Shared team concierge should be renamed as Sindhi concierge as I see only people with the same belief as of director are only getting promoted.

Yes I would love to work in Aspire Lifestyle, the company is very innovative and readily adopts latest technology.The plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

I like working in Aspire Lifestyle so there is nothing which I will dislike in such respective organization.
