The Company is basically a contractor company having no specific system, Even after four months of my joining and after repeated follow up I received my Joining letter. They have given me responsibility which was not told at the time of interview.There is no facility ,No laptop even for Deputy manager.Duty time starts at 6.30 AM to 9.00 PM for site people. No specific time limit. You have to carry your lunch box with you and will eat at site itself ,on the direct sun light or some times near the tree, Even in the summer at 45 degree temp you are not allowed to come and sit in the office, You have to train new unskilled employee, You have to work and eat with labors, They will treat you as labour. No respect, Once a week the VP will scrolled every body without any reason, Working with Aspen is a torture Worst experience in my 15 Years carrier. The working environment is like hell. No leave even at the time of my marriage I got only 10 days of leave, They will pressure you to work as donkey, You will forget your technical knowledge.they will deploy one fourth of require manpower and pressurize to work as a donkey. If you want to die everyday and be a donkey then you are in the right place to work.

Nothing to like, Even they will not allow you to go for your own marriage.
