Frequently changing company direction and top management. No long term vision of the company. Poor and inconsistent revenue growth. Politics is quite high amongst management team across the globe. Poor appraisals overall and low job security at senior levels.

It's been a long time since I have joined aspect and it's situated at one of the best place in Bangalore where you won't see much traffic and crowd.. It's not up to the mark As part of job security apart from that everything will be ok..
