Highly unstable, management lacks vision which changes every 6 months. HR is invisible, Random layoffs, you can be asked to leave in a day's notice. This applies both to sales and professional services teams, Still focused towards on prem products when everyone is going towards cloud.

teammates are good and managers are supportive but there is lot of work pressure coming from them and you can not balance your work-life properly.
