There is nothing to like about this place, there is so much office politics, especially under the Data Strategy domain, they will make you work day and night but won't give you the justified compensation. The AD of Data Strategy is an extremely unethical psychotic person, he is the biggest hypocrite in this company and will micromanage you to some next level. He tortures people who work under him, that is the main reason I had to leave my job, he loves insulting people.

Dislikes

This AD will gossip about you with the higher management, I think the CEO of this company should really take a look at this, there are so many people who have complaints against him, he was the major reason I had to look for other jobs. He will hold grudges against you for a long time. He also insults people openly in meetings for no reason. One request to the CEO is just please train your consultants and ADs on professionalism, I think AR really lacks it especially with this person.

Likes

Team sizes are relatively small, so meaningful work is distributed to every team member (in my team). Few of my seniors are really very helpful. I didn't know much about Excel but every silly doubt was also solved and new approaches were explored together.

Dislikes

There may be cases when the team lead might not be totally aware of how much work each person is doing if it's a group project but this is a very granular case and not much of a dislike.

My company was a startup and I learnt a lot during my journey of 3 years. I even got tremendous growth opportunities. I started as associate and then was promoted to analyst, Sr. Analyst and then to team lead.

Dislikes

The only complain I had in this company was there was no HR department, the company size being 100 the CEO always preferred handling things without HR. This resulted in lack of any employee benefit policies.
