1. Politics by senior manager and department head 2. They will ask to leave the job any time by paying 1 month salary in advance. 3. Very very dirty politics and work environment 4. HR supports the management only. 5. There are various case pending this employer in court files by its employees.

...ransparent. There is not any type huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

It's a good platform for those, who want to make their carrier in Marketing feild. It's a Direct Sale Company. There is only one thing that I like about this company & that is It gives me opportunity to work with different peoples from various cultural backgrounds.

Dislikes

As I told It's a Direct Sale Company, So it doesn't have fixed salary or income. We get Incentives only. Nodoubt Company's working plan is good & also the incentives is good enough but there is a lot of Politics & Competition. There were many training centres of the company where the working plan is shown to the clients or prospects. They indirectly force you to join this business by some purchasing & once the client join this business then he/she will get to know how they trapped him.So I advise, those who are interested in this please go through all the details and have full knowledge about this company and Direct Sale Business.
