I work in the company for near about 7 months. I join in the company as a fresher in the Quality Control department. from Day 1st i learn lots of new things about How the Industry run. As i work in QC Department i learn to handle the different instruments like UV, IR. The Officers of My department helps me and teach me how QC department works. Overall, the atmosphere of my department was good and the company was best for freshers to learn.

Dislikes

The salary will not get on the time and i work there for & month every time the PF was cut from my salary but I did not get the PF of single month. I mailed to HR department about my PF status, but I did not get any response from the Company. So, i don't know when I will get my PF.

Nothing to Like, except the people there are supportive and encouraging (except HR's)

... on time. No appraisal or Increment or growth. Data manipulation at every stage. No bonus, PF, and any other facilities. To much Unprofessionalism, specially in HR department.

Working culture, No salary on time, you will survive there only when you have strong reference then no one interrupted in you work and your job also secured. Working hrs not fixed you have to work after your working hrs also.

I have currently have join from 2 years this company is very first not given the salary to 45 days taking some moneys of employee and invest it and its make profit of them and after give the salary 3 month is very long period for the employed .. employees are facing very problem of issue of salary everytime day did not give the payment of at least 3 month. The make the profit from them..

...es are supportive and the management are transparent. Company policies are good. salary issues is critical point

Salaries are decent but carrier growth is better. Training is well an good.
