During this pandemic management are provided the transport facility to those employees who are willing to come to the office and also they do not put pressure on other employees who are not coming to office.

1. There is no policy for revise the CTC or for Increment 2. Salary date not fixed 3. They treat the same for Professional degree course like B.pharmacy and normal degree like BSc

The salary will not get on the time and i work there for & month every time the PF was cut from my salary but I did not get the PF of single month. I mailed to HR department about my PF status, but I did not get any response from the Company. So, i don't know when I will get my PF.

Working culture, No salary on time, you will survive there only when you have strong reference then no one interrupted in you work and your job also secured. Working hrs not fixed you have to work after your working hrs also.

Work culture is toxic, managers are not helpful, always look for a bakra for any problem to dump for. QA environment is very toxic. management is worst, there is no work life balance. Management forces to stay and do the pending work.

Worst company, HOD of QC dept is so cheap and Manager of QC dept is so aggressive, they pressurize employees except their favourite female employee. No job security..they shifted you anytime and any department by their choices without taking employee decision.
