There is regular work timings and clarity in work roles

There are no regular salary increments , there have been instances where people were kept on same salary for more than 5 yrs. You are expected to know everything about your job , no senior guidances or anything at all, you have to google and find out solutions even for new things. Management keeps changing rules and regulations as per their preferences, 2 different rules are applicable on same instance for 2 different people as per management choice

Nothing! Horrible managers and they exploit you mentally, emotionally too much. They caused me severe mental trauma and did not pay me money.

Dislikes

... - Senior Manager micro manages and forces you to work even when you are sick. - They don't pay you well and threaten you legally. - They stalk your personal life and ask unethical personal questions at the stake of work. This is the worst company I have ever worked.

1, Great place to work and explore new opportunities provided. 2, Supportive staff and Management. 3, Appraisal and other compansation everything is managed very well.

Sometimes it may feel low on response from Line manager but not always rest other things there no dislike.

Working with company and having a good experience with this organisation. Company is always committed to well-being of employees and maintain a good balance of everything.

Deadline may be a bit tight but rest there's nothing as such to dislike.
