Nothing is like here, but office chair and desk is good, but all are here coming time pass, and doing politics, and for chilled no one is coming for doing work, company is good very huge and high projects are processing but there employees are making time paas and dont want to work all work are done by juniors ans interns with very forcefully and giving dare intentions to juniors this all situation don't know the company CEO,

Late salary, PF amount deduct from salary but no PF add in PF account, and no senior employees are working on time they are time paas and all 90% work done by juniors and inters employees with forcefully and with under pressure by senior employees this situation should know the CEO,

This place is a very good platform to learn things by working on large scale projects, friendly timings and environment, coordination with clients and consultants, site visits and freedom for every employee as long as they complete the given work on time.

Dislikes

The only thing I don't like is the salary benefits which is not satisfactory. Salaries are very low compared to the work they do.

I learn a lot in Aslam architects. After coming out of company, person can become a professional architect. Work satisfaction, more promotions depending upon talent, lots of projects handling at a time are key factors. MD is so friendly, inspiring, motivating person

i like the way employees are treated in aslam architects . Everyone is friendly and ready to teach and learn from each other . Job is quite peaceful and secured . The fact that we get to meet clients and discuss everything within the team its very easy to gain knowledge and experience.

Good work environments and culture team mates are really supportive and the management is transparent there is very huge staff.One of the best architects never ever before I enjoy in my career. A lots of skill I gain lot’s things learn ever before overall things is great
