Decent work culture, healthy relationship with reporting managers as well as management, colleagues are up for a challenge, oportunities to travel and grow as an individual / professional.

Dislikes

Like all workplaces there are pros and cons here as well..sometimes you feel overworked (while others are at leisure - this can be seen as a good thing as well such that you will learn something from it), sometimes favouritism (towards a particular group), lack of communication and sometimes unfair treatment.

Career & Life balance is very great to maintain, Job scheduling, Encouraging to all people, Give benefits to Each & Every employees, Proper response to all employees, Proper job schedule (to avoid in the terms of stress develop), great Job security in the life time, I feel very great about my management team for my Directors, Human Resources, Finance, Administration & Operations.

I have absolutely loved working for Askara Group for the last 15 years and would very much like to continue my employment with the company if at all possible.Askara Group has been nothing short of a stellar employer.I have been treated wonderfully by management and have always been made to feel like part of the team. Thank you for taking good care of me.The management and the company are a blessing in our lives.

Nothing. Terrible company to work. One cannot call it a company also. It's a family run business with many bosses and few employees. Each boss has his own way of running buisness and instructing employees in which the employees get screwed.

Dislikes

- Payscale is poor compared to its peers - Favouritism to certain employees - No proper promotions policy and frequency. Depends on mood of boss will promote the bootlickers - Work culture is very poor - lack of any policy for employees - exploitation of new employee and particularly freshers.
