ASK have huge projects of die castings, a lot things to learn from here. Work culture is also good but not best, salary and bonus are best in comparison to other manufacturing units in manesar. ASK have have good infrastructure, they have multiple units in manesar.

Dislikes

For me, there plants are running on weekends and employees need to come for work, they pay for it, but I don't like the extra working hours on Sundays. Night shifts also the down side for me while I was working there.

There is complete job security, fixed working hrs, better work life balance and you can avail leaves easily.

Dislikes

There is politics in every department, HR policies are against employees, no training and skill development programs, salary is good but no career growth. People buttering others are the most successful ones.

Will getting salary on time ,vendor payment doing on time .

Dislikes

Culture is not so good for professionals , compromising on quality ,decision making skills laps , communication gap ,frequent policy changes ,gaps in facilities ,no proactive culture ,old & traditional way of working ,only focusing on cost cuttings ,motivation laps.

HAVE TO IMPROVE A LOT BEING A NUMBER ONE COMPANY IN BRAKE SHOE SEGMENT NO PROFILE FOR WORKING, NO PRODUCT TRAINING HAS GIVEN NO ANNUAL MEETING AND GATHERING FOR EXCEUTIVES AND THERE SHOULD BE FACTORY VISIT AND INDUCTION HAS TO BE GIVEN AS OF NOW THERE IS NO SUCH ACTIVITIES AND INCENTIVES FOR NEW OR OLD PRODUCTS AND FAMILY INSURANCE FOR MARKETING PERSONS.
