Culture is not so good for professionals , compromising on quality ,decision making skills laps , communication gap ,frequent policy changes ,gaps in facilities ,no proactive culture ,old & traditional way of working ,only focusing on cost cuttings ,motivation laps.

Overall company was good Excellent work environment supportive staff New skills developed & training was done sufficiently Company growth was good

Regarding salary structure Salary not satisfactory This is My first company & 3year of rich experience No satisfied increment

ASK have huge projects of die castings, a lot things to learn from here. Work culture is also good but not best, salary and bonus are best in comparison to other manufacturing units in manesar. ASK have have good infrastructure, they have multiple units in manesar.

Dislikes

For me, there plants are running on weekends and employees need to come for work, they pay for it, but I don't like the extra working hours on Sundays. Night shifts also the down side for me while I was working there.

HAVE TO IMPROVE A LOT BEING A NUMBER ONE COMPANY IN BRAKE SHOE SEGMENT NO PROFILE FOR WORKING, NO PRODUCT TRAINING HAS GIVEN NO ANNUAL MEETING AND GATHERING FOR EXCEUTIVES AND THERE SHOULD BE FACTORY VISIT AND INDUCTION HAS TO BE GIVEN AS OF NOW THERE IS NO SUCH ACTIVITIES AND INCENTIVES FOR NEW OR OLD PRODUCTS AND FAMILY INSURANCE FOR MARKETING PERSONS.

Company's presence in it's segment, Infrastructure and design of plant and offices, Timely salary disbursement , On time appraisal, well designed team structure.

Dislikes

unfair internal policy, salary cut without intimation and confirmation, flexibility of working, absence of employee recognition system, influence of old company culture
