It is the good company for the fresher to gain knowledge and career growth. The management is good, seniors and the team member are always there to help you out.

Dislikes

Compensation and the salary is average, but the growth is slow for the experienced person as compare to other companies. Lately the work pressure is very high as compare to other department as we have to complete the work and they sit ideal. We have to check all the data which we are not supposed to do. I have received the incentive for the hard work, but they get jealous how come he receive the incentive and we are not. I would like to say that if you want VRS than you can join this company and have to be pet for some one to stay in this company.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates and seniors are supportive. Company polocies are good, appraisals are as per industry.

Dislikes

For fresher there is 2 year of bodn but you should not afraid of it. The bond is there for stability.

Overall working condition before Covid-19 was satisfactory but during the lockdown it is totally disappointing especially about Reporting Head, also no communication from the HR and joint MD even after sending email regarding work from home permission which was denied by my reporting Head. (mail sent on 05/07/2020). Very disappointed of favourism to other employees for allowing work from home in the Company.

Lack of job security, appraisal and salary increment is below par level, no any travelling facility, work environment is quite good consist of many politics within and outside the department

The management is good but few old ppl working there play such a politics that the new ppl having talent gets trapped into their politics and no job security

Job security and politics of few old employees, they don't stand the new talented staff.

Pathetic horrible place to work, no job security, company almsot laggging 20 years behind, depends only on manual work and the worst part is the dumb Managing director knows nothing and she is good for nothing
