Overall working condition before Covid-19 was satisfactory but during the lockdown it is totally disappointing especially about Reporting Head, also no communication from the HR and joint MD even after sending email regarding work from home permission which was denied by my reporting Head. (mail sent on 05/07/2020). Very disappointed of favourism to other employees for allowing work from home in the Company....Read More

Lack of job security, appraisal and salary increment is below par level, no any travelling facility, work environment is quite good consist of many politics within and outside the department

Work Details

Direct ownership of all customer issues and concerns. Provide excellent customer service with one call resolution and accurate information. Responsible to resolve complex queries through email/letter or via CRM system. Resolve received escalations.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
