Compensation and the salary is average, but the growth is slow for the experienced person as compare to other companies. Lately the work pressure is very high as compare to other department as we have to complete the work and they sit ideal. We have to check all the data which we are not supposed to do. I have received the incentivefor the hard work, but they get jealous how come he receive the incentive and we are not.
