Maruti training programs are one of the main reasons.And apart from management staffs other co workers are very much helpful and great to work with them.ESI and PF.

...gible for that,company will debit you if any customer had not paid their bill...manytimes you have to Work more than 12 hours for the minimal salary they offer to you,sometimes you have to work even in holidays too(sice maruti is 24/7).No job security here,poor salary packages,poor working culture,impropper planed meetings and trainings and more reasons to not work with this organisation

If we resigned the job for some reason then we approach ourselves for job sometimes they give a job doesn't match our nature of work. Why am I mention this because I'm a back office administrator I was resigned some reason then after some months later i was approach this concern they give me sales executive job that's not stand strong soon i was resigned permanently
