Asics is a lovely brand to be associated with. The product quality and innovations are just out of this world.

Dislikes

The Sales and Marketing(especially after the Japanese marketing manager left) team is really not great. No planning in recruiting personnel,no sharing of information from head office to regional office, one has to keep following up with all parts of operations and still get no appreciation for the same.

ASICS is a very big brand and to be associated with such a brand boost your carrerar. MD of the organisation is very suportive and friendly and supports each individual.

Few peoples in the organisation are ruining the image of ASICS, specially the Heads. All are playing politics and securing their own jobs but at a cost of company future and other individual carrears. They always play blame game and support only few individuals who supports them in every wrong thing they do. HR doesnot know how to handle people, they only know is how to make policies which is against organisation, employee. In such a small organisation who is at its begining is surrounded by foolish and selfish peoples.

I worked here only due to my passion for the products that company makes, they are fantastic. Company however fails to offer employee a good working culture

Its a company with 40 employees, however each employee is in-secure about job and future. Employees are suddenly asked to leave the organisation. NO transparency, close door policies, absence of a growth model and development training makes ASICS a difficult place to survive

I just entered into the world of ASICS withot proper knowledge and only planned to work there only for 3 months. But the product and new knowledge about the field of sports kept me going for more than 1 year. I have resigned only because of my higher studies ambition otherwise I would have continued to work there. In ASICS I get to meet people from different paths of life which had given me a lot of experience and knowledge about so many things. The staffs are all really helpful. They have very nice incentive schemes when yo acheive your targets. I would never regret to join back to ASICS, one of the best choices I have ever made in my career.

There is nothing much to dislike, though it may take 1 to 2 hours to attend a customer to properly make the customer the best shoes for his feet therefore sometimes you may feel discouraged when the product is not sold even after these much effort.
