Hard word does not go waste. In my personal experience, I have seen tremendous growth that probably i wont have got anywhere else. Family like environment and understanding at the time of hardships. HR of this company is the best I have ever seen and interacted with.

this is one of the worst company in Bangalore there is no tak exposure in this company and there will be no variable pay on time salary not on time appraisal will happen in every two years and that to pillow 10% overall this was experience the work culture is not also good the management is not care about their employees concern so this is very bad experience in Asianet

For a starter in journalism, there is a lot new to study and understand like the political develpoments, innovations in communication, technological advancements..Etc . It is a vibrant space to meet and make relationships with people in many spheres of work.

Visual media as such is a very turbulent and competent world. So, sometimes our personal life will be at stake. Work is a bit tiring for the training period of about one year.
