in covid time company stand with employee, dont cut any single amount from salary so that point i like about working in asian paints

company not promote ground level employee who working with asian paints in 4-5year. this is not good sign for company growth because another company come & hire asian paints employee at good position so thats why AP loose there employee & market share.

The company is very good.I love the fact that i am a part of a team that market reliable,high-quality products, and good colour combinations for interior and exterior.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Sometimes,i have to work 11 hours in a day.Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.I do receive appreciation emails from my client,but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals also,there is no on-job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step,which is a pain sometimes.

CC from outside the main cities are underpaid & but pressure and targets are equally divided. Its June but did not got appraisal letter yet. CC are the face of Asian paints but they are never called in any of the events of Asian paints, did not like that.

Liked working here. Good for freshers. Good package for freshers. Opportunity is there. Good work environment.

Dislikes

No proper training from the beginning. Not proper communication but still pressurized to complete targets. As working in off role it is not for long run but good for freshers to build experience and knowledge.

...teammates are so supportive. Management is also good. About policies it's great. They gives every year 10% hike on your basic salary.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is too slow.
