No job security even after confirmation No appreciation despite of honestly, hard working & dedication Organization keep safeguarding wrong people Hospital is being used as bar where people taking liquor freely that's also in dry state bihar Not a safe place for female specially for nursing staff they are being harrased by upper management. If you raise voice you will be terminated. Not a safe place to work in respect of fire & safety
