...for social media. They will call meeting for every one to discuss with 1 person. Moreover, they are keen to cut your salary for each and every step. No refreshments such as tea or coffee is provided on time. Senior management will treat you as daily wagers. No development in terms of careers as well as personal and professional. Not recommend to join this place. No respect for faculties is there at this place.

There is no growth in non teaching although you have years of experience and skills, no recognition. You wl be treated like a clerk . Good for faculties If you have skill and want growth then join as a faculty only but don't go for Academic Coordinator position specially experienced person , will suggest to beginners that will help in their learning only.

No support. Management is keen to find reasons to send people on forced leaves. Pay cuts with full load of work. Not even supporting with basic pays now.

Dislikes

Not open to suggestions. Policies are one way. You cannot grow in terms of career here. Too many promises but too little fulfilling. They stuff you with work like anything. Management politics is at its height. Egoism is there key characteristic. Duplication of work at every step. I seriously don't recommend to join this place if you are looking for career growth. No provident funds, no medical benefits.
