There are lots of things. 1) Working atmosphere is not at all good. Toxic management who does not support you but only their favourite people. 2) Not too good specially for girls as management has weakness for beauty with brains. 3) No job security. Firing people on the spot without any cause whether old employees or new ones. 4) Unnecessary work ethics like if 5 minute delayed for coming, will be marked as half day without even informing you. Cannot eat or drink during non-break hours. Cannot scroll on mobile for 5 minute. Cannot go to colleauge for 5 minute to take break. 5) Office politics is the worst. Never trust a single soul whole working here. You can go and stick only for 6 months or 1 year at the most or else your future will be spoiled.

A lot of things to dislike 1) HR treats everyone like a slave 2) Dirty politics 3) You don't get a positive vibe from the company 4) No respect to employees 5) If you come 5 minutes late to work they will mark your Half day 6) You are not allowed to take leave even if you are dying as per HR the senior don't like it if anyone takes leaves. 6) If HR doesn't get a vibe from you she will terminate you 7) HR holds power more than the actual CEO. 8) They will terminate you according to their mood. 9) The fun part is they gave you registers on your first day not a diary 10) A welcome kit will be provided after 15 days LOL 11) You won't feel happy in this company 12) There is no welcoming vibe 13) No one is there to listen to understand your concerns if you are getting treated badly

My Experience was very Terrible at there. Only they hire the employees for a specific projects, after if they have lack of projects, they will through you like a garbage. Hr was disgusting, she hire in bulk and she also fired in bulk They play with future of students who have hope of good placements at the time when they do campus hiring . And no scope of learning...do fraud things on the name of Research.

Nothing only employee who have relationships with sr wil get promotion, even ops manager and boss will ask female employees to out with them... They don't have any proper management, And if you don't behave like other employees you will get fired.

Dislikes

Omg I don't know where to start no work like balance, if you come 15 min late they will cut your salary but are mame you work late night are and also even on weekends all sr male employees are always looking for a opportunity to get the female employees go out with them all are same.

Likes

Our chairman and operational manager make the staff ease to work with responsible ourselves for every project. The way they discussed about the project we used to get a clarity what we needs to do. Appreciation is key factor enrich all employees skills and supporive team leaders.
