Salary not on time, no increment, no management follow up.

...ven while working and now that I have left the job, they are still harassing me. Till now my salary and full and final salary has not been given even after one month's resignation has been given.

Very familiar staff, cooperative Environment , learning many things, morality existing in office culture , understand the employees professional feelings

Dislikes

Management have no sense of humour about work culture and office system , financially unstable and delay wages and miserable attitude for employees benefits like bonus incremental perks etc and do not have faith and belief on workers honestly and loyalty, negative mindset and chronology have appears.
