The work culture of Ashwani Associates is good, the staff is cooperative and same goes for the top management.

Dislikes

The growth prospect would be limited being a mid sized firm. However, salary structure is more or less fine.

You will travel to different locations for audit since entity has very diverse clients operating in different sectors so if you love traveling then it's good for you, you will also get insights and learning of various sectors

Dislikes

You work life balance will be terrible and you will not get enough time to prepare for exams or to attend your coachings, your senior may /may not support depending in the team you are placed in for audit
