Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

Older employees have lower salaries and newer employees have higher salaries, this is not acceptable, because even though the older employees have lot of knowledge and experiance with the company work.

Working with Ashv Finance has been an incredibly enriching experience.I have joined in Nov'19 and since then the learning curve is only moving up.The organization prides itself with its strong work culture that encourages collaboration, fair practises and innovation. The organization is deeply committed to strong ethical practises and i have not seen any other organization caring so much for employees well being. Management team stand behind employees in tough times and the same is witnessed during Covid pandemic and in many other challenging situations of any employee,which is a very rare trait of our organization. Its a place where values are not just spoken but are truly lived day in and out.

1.Every decision is taken slowly by analysing all the data points around it always.Always an informative decision.

Learning and growth opportunities. I thrive in environments where I can constantly learn new things and develop my skills. In my previous role, I loved being exposed to different projects and receiving mentorship from experienced colleagues. It helped me grow both professionally and personally."

Appraisal and promotion is very strictly decided, not good And sales oriented company

Very poor work life balance. Daily sitting in office till 8. HR is least bothered to standardise work timings. HR head himself sits late. Saturdays are name sake off. Laptop we need to take home. Anytime they ask to work.
