The good part about joining this organisation is to ruin your career. Best part is you can meet lot of new joiners because the attrition rate is to the peak. If you are a but kisser, then you can sustain.

No job security and whenever they feel they can fire you. They don't have a set process, roadmap or direction, and no fixed team to support you in terms of leads or business, they just hire you for your previous companies data. No vission and they just run behind the ideas of who ever new comes to the team Unrealistic targets. Full of toxicity. Advice to the new joiners whoever reading this is see the consistency of their employees and no one has crossed 6-8 months and if possible reachout them and ask their experience to know the harsh reality Advice to leadership Don't ruin people life and career, As a CEO, dive deep into the system and see what's going on than just listening to one person and you know who that is.
