... joining the company sent to client side without completing the training period. And salary is very less comparing to other companies for fresher . Need to remember for hike.

...y1 who can say that their work was satisfying or were valued for by the company. Expect no raise on salary post joining. U will remain on the same payscale or leave (if u ask for performance raise). All in all o would sum it up by saying : if u want to punish sm1, get them hired in Ashtech India Pvt Ltd.

Salary will be credited on 15 of every month with deductions. They never pay full salary.

No job security No weekoff at all No holidays for festival Salary will be deducted even if you are sick as company has no paid time off policy.

This company is on the best level. This company big distributer of flyash & working other work. As a cement factory, block factory, paver plant, decorate colour concrete work RMC plant & etc. I coming soon new factory of light weight block at Mumbai.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow . The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14 to 16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night.the behaviour is very badfull of manager.

For fresher have a good opportunity to learn the work and for senior person their is no standard practice of any kind of work
