I had got a great experience in working in Ashpra Skill India Pvt Ltd.. My team was supportive and was also good bond between us. Training was great and team members help me a lot to learn easily and trained me to deliver the topics. This helped me a lot in ToT and I scored highest about 92.3%.This achievement was due Ashpra Skill India Pvt Ltd. There is also a chance to boost your career in this organisation. Working envoirment was very amicable which help to learn a lot to enhance the knowledge of skills.

Dislikes

Talented and experienced person are not getting salary up to mark. Reference person are getting high salary compared to experience person which demotivate the employee.

Employees are cooperative.

Dislikes

Old employees act like second owners of the company. Never pay salary on time. They do not have the mentality to serve for the society therefore they were not taking interest in running the programs as per the SOP or Guidance of Govt of India. Director are money minded. They deducted PF, Medical, Gratuity etc. but did not submit to concern department.

Good work environment and culture .teammates are very supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .salary is decent but career growth is slow

...hpra. Management is very unmanaged give mail to the management and get no reply. Company policy is very good, "work hard for the whole month and don't get the salary on time, and when you ask for salary from seniors they give you the name as Negative thinker and don't tell anything about salary".

Dislikes

It's Management policy and language i.e, when you something regarding training purposes and for anything they directly says, "nahi milega to kya kaam nahi hoga".

Likes

They are not supporting through COVID-19 lockdown.

Dislikes

They put thier workers on Leave without Pay(LWP) without giving any prior notice.They also didn't clear the previous salary till now. Not a single senior from the company has called anybody.
