There is no job security. Work culture can't be find far and far in Ashpra. Management is very unmanaged give mail to the management and get no reply. Company policy is very good, "work hard for the whole month and don't get the salary on time, and when you ask for salary from seniors they give you the name as Negative thinker and don't tell anything about salary".

Dislikes

It's Management policy and language i.e, when you something regarding training purposes and for anything they directly says, "nahi milega to kya kaam nahi hoga".

Work Details

My job is very interesting here. If you work here for whole life your whole life if gone in struggling. There is no increment in salary. If increase it will be 2 or 3 percent. You can play different role within the same team and same salary also.

Old employees act like second owners of the company. Never pay salary on time. They do not have the mentality to serve for the society therefore they were not taking interest in running the programs as per the SOP or Guidance of Govt of India. Director are money minded. They deducted PF, Medical, Gratuity etc. but did not submit to concern department.
