Bad culture. Worst petty management politics ever seen. No process. Current Executive Director very biased, bossy, arrogant, plays on people's weaknesses No leadership qualities. Too much micromanaging.Makes everyone's life so difficult those who are working and efficient. The old staff poses a big time threat to the new joiners. Please think more than twice if you have to take up any assignment or a job especially under the current ED's leadership the entire work atmosphere is spoilt and biased because of the self centred attitude. ED is confined to one's office avoids interaction with People gets carried away by ear saying. Hence no job security on anyone job here!!! Anyone might be under stress or come under threat of losing a job because of wrong judgements and gets carried away by the ear sayings about others. Job is under danger!!!. Hence to be careful choosing the job here in this organisation. Efficient people and their integrity is questioned by the present ED and never bothered about the old people sitting without any work ethics. It is just second home for them for ages and making efficient and professional, productive people' s life difficult to work here. Hence no growth. No increment. No recognition. Only old people are awarded and promoted. Highly biased atmosphere. A friend of mine I have seen her walking out one day suddenly her work came to end here due to a nasty politics of the present ED. She had to often be treated for her high blood pressure due to the politics played by the present ED along with a new Development Director who is very toxic , bossy, arrogant does not value and respect people, ill treats people. These two pose a great threat to all the professional, efficient and simple people here. This organisation is going no where. Please again, think many times before you take up a job here..

I can't say about other managers but I can definitely speak about the one to whom I reported. Micromanaged, constantly compared and thrown rude remarks at!! The last nail on the coffin was when we (not specifying how many) were sent outstation for a rigorous field work. After trekking rough terrains (read mountains) for almost 9+ hours when I didn't pick up 'the manager's call at 8.30pm, and asked my colleague to convey that I am tired, the manager's response was "that's why we should hire boys". Sexist remarks for resting and being tired? and he laughed right after saying that. My colleague's phone was on speaker, hence I heard it. I Didn't have the courage back then to say "I heard you". I was very much torn apart that day. Well this was one of many incidents. I don't wanna write any more. To anyone reading this and planning to join newly, kindly speak to existing team members if u can. Pleaseeee! I WILL NOT blame the company for 1 person. Never! I made great friends there, met some of the brightest minds and the most humble beings. Actually some VVVV good people. But urge u to just do your bit before joining. My only intention of writing this is to save people from similar experiences of mental anxiety as I myself took a long time to recover from the same. There are people who are taking their lives lately due to work pressure and workplace harassment. Trust me, work is just a part of life, not your whole life! Live, be happy and BE AT PEACE and stay away from Narcissists. Please :)
