Some HR policies make it seem like company is not employee centric instead just focused on earning money.

Management doesn't encourage productive or quality work. Because the definition is deferent in their dictionary. So you shall stay here long if you don't perform and buttering to the management.

1. Management treats employees like servent 2. Hr Policy is very poor 3. No other benefits except salary 4. Company try to save every penny but end up spending more due to lack of vision 5. Quality people doesn't stay here long time because of disrespect and mismanagement 6. No vision, policy, direction only saving from employee's travel ticket, food, stay etc.

No one cares about his skills.after you give 100% to the company still then your job security is zero because Because there are very few people who appreciate your hard work in this company.
