1. Poor work life balance. Long working hours and strict timings. Very few holidays.
2. Poor work load distribution, efficient employee given more work load and inefficient ones just pass the days.
3. Low salary for freshers and <3 yrs experience.
4. Some HR policies make it seem like company is not employee centric instead just focused on earning money.

Extreme bureaucracy in the system. Middle management think site managers are at their mercy and they can do what they like. Severe employee exploitation. No HR policy in place. If a concern is raised to HR they keep silence till they are in crosshairs.
The payment in this company is very prompt and also there is good communication if you have any problem.The work culture is also pretty better compared to other construction companies.
The employee who have access to top level have high salary in this company,whether it works well of not. And you work well or very hard and if do not have access to the head office, you can't get a good salary.
