Ashok Leyland more teenage workers in contract act only... No company roll.... Then contract gives very low salary to contract workers......95%of work done by contract workers doing there...then etc....

An excellent place for learning. It's very best for the freshers who are stepping out from college and entering into an auto industry

Compensation and reward are nothing. You can't even get appreciation. NO job security and company culture is very poor

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Nice working environment and nice culture.Teammates are very much supportive . company policy good for Employe ,not for Contract based employe I'm not say very bad,not bad then compare company employee ,they give hike and bouns only give completed an year experience.

...orking here. There is very little celery here. No one's future can be made here. Even the salary of poor laborers is not given to them on time. And endless reasons to hate this company .
