...ne of the three shifts per day and no overtime is allowed for temporary workmen. The salary package will be constant throughout the period and there is no leave throughout. Any additional leave obtained will result in loss of pay. Overall it was a balanced working experience with a few positives and negligible negatives but it seemed to be a really good starting experience for me personally.

Dislikes

The only gripe of working as a temporary workmen in the plant 1, especially shop 1 is that people working there doesn’t want you to learn the machines or they never let you grow. Though this is the case with most of the industries, it seemed to be quite intolerable here. I was once even rudely treated when i tried resetting the error code on a makino A51nx which I was alloted to operate by the asst manager of shop 1 which made me real sad. But a few supervisors are quite nice and They seem to teach you certain things on those machines at times.

I liked It's so good to grow and learn new things and career improvement, innovative ideas creates I liked that great opportunities also work life balance is much better than others .

Dislikes

I disliked something that are job security and salary and politics.it affects and effected in day to day operations.

We were getting ontime salary, also they were providing training with updated technologies.

Dislikes

They closed the Mangalore branch suddenly without informing employees. HR department and front office people couldn't respond abouts this when We speak with them. Also they gave bad opinion about us to the main union team.

I don't like because of salary isn't improve which any year and don't like to shift schedule what is a shift 8am to 4:30 pm call to B shift and 4:30pm to 01:00am call to C shift and 01:00am to 8:00Am call A shift

I work from Ashok Leyland pant Nagar uttrakhand I say Casual worker and oprator same not different language very bad use this company Forced to do two things with one operator I don't like but my Helplessness I will do one year only
