The best place for fresh Engineer to learn and gain experience about the industry as well as to grow. My Head of Operations had a huge trust on me and he gave me a good opportunity to grow inside the organisation. And I used that chance and showed a good performance. In result I got recognized by double promotion along with 3 times increment within a year. Zero politics between the employee. Innovative ideas are welcomed always.

Will be having tremendous amount of work pressure and frustration level will be at the maximum but interesting.Working hours will be 12 - 15 hours everyday. Travel experience was zero for me in that company.worst work life balance.Also there is no much training for new joiner ( when I joined , I got enough time for learning luckily ).
