There is no proper power supply and coffee machine for morning shift 5.) Some leads acting like school teachers when when we speak with someone close to them 6.) Even it's emergency they aren't giving work from home and asking us to take leave or LOP's

The culture here is misogynistic Women getting put down and humiliated by one senior women leader in Chennai Diversity in leadership does not exist. it's the same age group, mostly men, with same ideologies hence poor management HR and VP need leadership coaching as they lack professionalism in emails and when addressing gatherings Overall not recommended if you wish to have peace of mind

1. product based company for a name sake. no one cares about work life meetings. 2. 2 hrs of stand up every day, unnecessary meetings lead to extended working hours - agile coach must educate these people. 3. manager centric and driven, employee feelings are not respected 5. 5 days wfo is very toxic - this is only for new joiners, company has double standards. this is very annoying and not even able to goto home. bachelors and unmarried people are suffering alot. 6. if u r a product based company, pls at least give good food. whats the benefit over joining such a company over MNC... 7. useless vending machines. 8. pantry area is very small and not even able to accommodate the people and why r u asking employees to come to office all day.

The company gives a big round of applause to employees who just put a show for HR and management and ill treats employees who genuinely care their work

Some enjoy all the perks like permanent remote work, good appraisal and hikes and promotions, while many are stuck coming to office everyday without a second thought -

Manager words are full negativitity which makes to loss confidence. They will put blame on you simply without knowing the reason They will give promotion or hike only based on if you come to office not based on your performance. Manager decides if you need to follow process or not based on his need. Daily your work time extends and meeting will go for upto 2 to 3 hrs.
