Also they ignoring to give a single spoon & plates aren't cleaned well.We had to pay for food,but they gave us that worst food only.Although they cooked healthy food for staff&others,but also they cooked worst food for us. Oneday I was some late to take food before 1.30pm, then they refused me to give food. (Because from 12-1.30pm is for Labours, plant workers, maintenance workers, new Candidates& others. And from 1.30-2.30pm is for staffs,old workers & others).

Good place for freshers who want to pursue their career in plastic industry. Learning opportunities are good at start

Growth is less Compensation is less After a point of time learning stops and the work is mostly less and isn't challenging.

Worst and nalayak manegement They hiring for one role and given work in another role. Literally playing with employees career. For promotion and hike u should have skil of bucket for ZH or RGM.no transperancy.

1) Top management is saying we are corporate but no corporate working culture. 2) Every Saturday and Sunday is holiday for corporate office but not for downleve team at least 2 Saturday. 3) Nothing to learn you have to fallow top peoples blindly. 4) No work-life balance. Forget about family and personal life then only you will succeed. 5) Very late process in resolving the problem. 6) Internal computation in product. 7) And lot more

need to improve expenses structure 1st of all, need to improve monitoring on AGM level just like TGMs.
