So backwass company to join, Regret after ko joing,no any work life balance, manager call you or dm you any anytime whether it is 5 am morning or 11 pm night,and ther see their employees like majdur, and they always unsatisfied with you even after you do your job best, and also they think you shoul be a robot , they shouting upon you if your done little or singal mistake

Work under arrogant boss for 1 year 3 months.lots of backstabbing n boss favours the people who boost but perform none.some how they run company for 4 years I found not worth to stay so left the job for much better prospect.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
