Ashiana is well known for its culture , but the company overall internal culture is full of politics, no one is there to help you, even if they are going to help they will tell others that you are dump. The management is good but they never keep your information confidential, so never share anything personal, For fresher you can go for it as the target is 3 to 4 flats selling per month which is easy to achieve. A very good learning opportunities ( no doubt) They provide the accomodation. The timing are 9 to 6 usually but it extended to 7 or 8. Yes they never fire you untill you are seriously a dumpster. Training is the best part.

Salary , they never increment your salary for years ,fresher get 24k per month only. Promotion,no promotion for 2 years minimum. Politics alot of politics, higher management,managers, team leaders,can stop your increment, if you are not doing exactly what they want. To survive here just be good in the eye of your manager , be their slave.

Even in this pandemic situation the company took good care, giving salary in time, engaging with everyone time to time to motivate and providing training time to time is something what makes feel good that I work with Ashiana Housing.

Poor HR Dept specially recruitment team if you give any reference, your reference will never receive a call. No feedbacks will be given if somehow interview happens. No appreciation or Incentives in Sales. Slow growth path. No defined Career Path - One can stuck at one position for years. Only few sites will be given focus. No work life balance its 24*7 Job Only meetings, Too much reporting

It's a great organization to work with, training and learning sessions are the best. Completely policy-driven company, which helps to create unity all over locations.

The pay scale is comparatively low as per industry.

Good place but ashiana shubham chennai not good place for.... Living as a employee.... You not able to balance work and personal life it's like full time... Like 12hr Job..

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary also.... Not sufficient for that place.
