I can only Suggest people to never work for this company for they have no respect and consideration for their employees. They treat you miserably. And partiality is at the peak here. No matter how well you perform they never will give u any credit unsteady you are related to them personally.

Everything apparently. There is No work culture. They give you zero paid leaves . N e1 if you are late to office by a minute they cut your salary . They invent new tactics and techniques to somehow cut your salary . No policy of bonus. Office looks fancy from outside but once you start working you will realise the real scenario.

...our ctc by 75%. so shameless dat they didnt e1 pay us back our retention amount. salary is cut e1 if u come 3 min late to the office e1 during heavy rain n flooding. they make fool out of u in the interview lying abt the company.

everything! any one wanting to join this company at thane, i request u to keep it as the lassssst option no matter wat never join this company. one of the worst one can ever come across.

Nothing to like about this faltu company. Useless management. They are trained in only salary deduction. Hard earned employees money that too they don't return. Useless company.. More bekar words can be used. Nothing much..Just wish the ow*** rot in Hell.

Head of Dept. even Lack basic knowledge. People who are doing tarif are bootlickers..chamchagiri log.. Mostly here are through references with nil knowledge.. But thr attitude is like they own the company. Working hours are disgusting. Funniest part.. They consider Sunday as also Holiday in thr Holiday list. Shameless H* just chullu barr pani mein dub m**

Director for execution, Purchase Department, CRM Department heads are non technical so convince them for site conditions and about materials is very difficult. As well as they r too biased

Even after 6 months of joining, I have not received the appointment letter. They did not give me the salary as per the discussion and also did not give me the offer letter. Construction quality and methodology is too much poor. No learning here for technical employee.
