I am working in Asha Modern School for the last two and half years till today. If I talk about this school then this is the best place which gave me lots and lots of experience in all the fields. This is the same school from where i got passed after 12th. The management of the organisation is very polite.. Staff of the school is very cooperating. Now We feel that we are like from the same families. The principal, manager everyone are very helpful and helps in coordinate everything together. Policies of the school are same like others, proper time like from 7:40 to 1:40, dress code should be descent, not allowing to sit while teaching students. Overall I am happy working here. But why i am applying for other job. The reason is that I want to explore more. I want to learn more and more.. I have learnt a lot by working here. But now i want to use my experience in another organisation to learn more and to prove myself.

Dislikes

I can't say anything because this is the place which gave me a lot of respect and helped me to be financially independent at such an early age.

I loved my school because I love to teach the children.But the school give me only tears.

On 24 Oct 2019 they atonce called me in office just before the dispersal and threatened me to write the resignation.When I refused to write they immediately prepared a rough draft of resignation and handed over me.Bychance I have this rough draft with me.I scared so much and do as they want after that immediately they thrown me out. I complaint to the higher authorities of my city they enquire all the matter and give decision in my favour but the school said due to covid19 we want some time.The matter is still in under consideration.Meanwhile they cut the name of my child from school as I was unable to deposit the school fee.Because due to lockdown I don't have any work.They want to spoil future of my child.
