... the employees. Clear cut instructions are not issued by the higher authorities. The salary is not paid on time, rather it is delayed upto months. The higher authorities won't attend to your queries, no answering of calls and thus, lead to discrepancies. It is rather to believe in black and white and not on oral conversations because there lies a great difference in oral instructions and written instructions. While working in this company there is no prospects of personal growth and obviously forget about any type of benefits or allowances.
