Salary scale is terrible with pathetic increments. Career growth is nil. Maximum time they hire through third party. Egoistic manager in production department. Certainly won't recommend this company to anyone.

Five days working and nothing to like. It's a frustrated company

Bad work culture and horrible working environment. And it's a pure international Lala company in the name of a USFDA. It's a frustrated company and you will get frustrated after joining the organization. There is no HR personnel but in the name of admin dummy HR which doesn't have much knowledge about the HR policies. The head of factory doesn't have any decision making power. There is no purchase department and most of your time will be spent on price negotiation with the vendor. HO doesn't have any faith in their employees and always see in the doubtful eyes . Now it's your choice if you want to spoil your career.
