...they will terminate any time (depending on the project load). No carrier growth. Salary will be paid on time but appraisal is not given on time (This is the main reason to terminate in march). They are setting the slabs for salary, if you reached that slab then they will seek you to terminate. They only keep managers. Other workers are not important. If the project load is high then they will increase man power, when project load is decrease then they will terminate you by worst reason. There is no travel allowance. No over time allowance but you should work and complete the project. The sodexo token is given for shift allowance. Yes there is politics. They will treat you like middle school students.

about the salary package and overrule pof HR.. as they decide everything even technically. everyone fear of HR and they seem to taking freshers who they can over load all type of nonsense rules on them.. mainly they collect caution deposit of rs.20000 . but it is unworthy to work there.. they use all the free software and make money which is worthless for an engineer who desire to learn experience from work. only thing he can learn is to gossip the co-worker. there is bunch of experienced people to talk gossip about the fresh people on there person. salary is also to low

Company follow all procedures to become best. Work flow procedures are really good to follow which is much appreciated.

Dislikes

When you fail to perform they will throw you like a waste paper. Work flow is not stable. When you not utilized because of low volume of work you don't get nothing benefits. Leave credit and other benefits are applicable to terms & conditions. After completing 6 months of probationary period. You will credit 6 sick leave & 6 Casual leave for per year. Overall no benefits with high pressure work without considering the time.

Nothing is there to like.. Worst culture.. They will throughout at any time. . Heavy politics. Toxic culture... Don't go for interview and don't join here don't waste your carrier.

Everything, narzism is their policy, very poor in employee benefits, personal preference, terminates the employee every six months and recruits freshers just to avoid paying the increment for existing people, if they sustain in the company they must be highly talented at the beginning of their carrier and the experience here will not help them to move other company. People with financial commitments and talentless sustain there.
