...oyees on weekends especially sunday on phone calls and plays very bad politics. They have 24/7 days working and no salary is given. They don't have projects. People left within 1 week because of bad politics, no projects, and no transparency on requirements. If you join this company then spoil your career. ...rofessional. They don’t understand the client needs and drag the task. The LOP for a day leave is more than what they pay per day. We cannot learn anything except Hindi. worst , dominating leads and management, not recommended for people who knows coding well and knows English. The one who speaks Hindi can survive even without coding knowledge. We cannot expect even a basic courtesy or respect from the testing person. She is very worst… one who don’t have self respect and self dignity can work with her. The entire team needs to be educated on courtesy first and then the coding next.

In ascra technology is very rubbish company culture.There is no likes only have more disslikes.

...requirements and confused to every employee.Payment also not given to employees.He intentionally deducted salary if you have worked done and also HR didn't respond anything.Please don't join ascra technology.IF you join this company then company cto will destroy your career.In this company employees left within 3 months of period because his relation with respect to employees not well.every employees dissatisfied of that company management changed company name already and company name is 8848 digital LLP.
