Company culture is too good but some seniour is too bad behaviour For example. I have rase a mail to sales person (Rajat gangwar) bad talking with whatsApp screen shot but Mr. Basan meena zonal head have personal relation with rajat gangwar brother so Mr basant kumar meena Unnesasari aligation raise mail with ladies staff and sundenly fire me. Mr. Dheeraj jaswal sir & Mr. Rajan sir stand with me but basant sir relationship is too strong with HR.

No job security , management does not listen to any reasons they just want results without any kind of support and your are just suppose to nod your head and say yes to whatever they say... And if u say anything in counter you are a negative person and "tum bada sochte hi nahi ho" You cannot be pratical here.. HR is just for the name sake, you can clearly find the difference if you come from a MNC over here.

Amount of work we get is huge perhaps results in improvement

no work life balance. HR is disfunctional and so just forget about it. Six days working is to suck everything out of you. Sometimes you may feel you're a domestic worker.

The planing and execution from senior managers and central team, friendly manor discussion with excellent analysis, freedom to take decisions on given territories, open platform to discuss at central heads and CEO regarding business.
