This organisation is very good and atmosphere also very good corporate working style. This organisation very knowledgeable person like Amir KHAN SIR & manish tiwari(MPCG) sir very good knowledge of project field and taigle all problems simply

There are still some flaws like there is no empolyee equality in this company. Offroll people do more work but their salary and facilities are less salary is doesn't matter but facilities is matter because feeling is not well working more but all facilities given other person.

The company is going into the decline phase. No new projects. OPCO companies like Airtel, VIL do not care about this small entity, Due to this there is no major business. Favoritism Corruption in Circle at every level.

...this varies from person to person, as pay roll employees are getting everything.we off roll guys works a lot but in the end what we are getting just a salary of 7k,8k or 15k.
