The company culture is very nice and also helpful culture from the manager and senior. In this company, I learned lots of things which is required for company projects.

Dislikes

I this company don't have any job security and the company is not increasing salaries. and the company also provides work on weekends. and the company commutes 9 hours job but does not following. the company take more then 11 hours.

This is a very dirty company. Do not join this company. The owner of this company abuses his employers. He also threatens them with termination repeatedly! There is no timing schedule in the company. The owner takes the punching machine to his cabin at his will and locks it.

Its a company full of alumni from IIT,IIM, NIT etc so you get to learn from sharpest minds of the country. As they are one of the first FIN and Tech company in the EV market (which is brand new and India) its a constant evolving space.

So far I am yet to dislike anything. We work as a close knit tech and fin savvy group who have a shared dream of making it big.

It's vry horrible because no job security and vry employ doing job if any family condition otherwise no one doing job like this company .and no customer satisfaction or semple that lala benefit and few employees vry good for lala because frauds doing lala so like this types. But every one request you please going this company so all information find it than joine this......no about any like.
