Everything is Awesome except the Job Security part. Which is very common during COVID-19, but I still believe there are better ways to support. Management decision should be more streamlined and focused on decreasing debt. I hope Ascena see's great growth in the Future.

They are paying very good, but one of the most pathetic organisation I have ever worked. HR team have no idea of dispute solving. They are totally bogus team. If anybody want to spoil their career than they can join here.
